Starland  Technologies, LLC  is  an 8(a) and HUBZone-certified  Joint  Venture (JV)  between Oland Technologies, Mindseeker, Inc., Missing Link Security, and Automation Technologies Inc. This JV combines the technical, managerial and GovCon expertise of these four well-regarded companies and their principal staff while remaining a Small Business by SBA industry size standards. Starland Technologies is based in Northern Virginia and is easily accessible to Washington, D.C. and the National Capital Region.
